At MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul School, we believe that teachers are the cornerstone of a school’s success and the most powerful force in shaping young minds. To further strengthen our commitment to academic and holistic excellence, a 2-day Capacity Building Training Program was organized across three locations, empowering 400 dedicated educators from the MIT VGS family.
The training focused on diverse modules designed to boost confidence, enrich subject knowledge, and refine classroom management techniques — ensuring that every teacher is equipped to inspire, engage, and elevate learning outcomes. Because at MIT VGS, we truly believe: “When you teach once, you learn twice.”
