Mentorship

MIT VGS strongly believes in the concept of school mentorship and its significance in student’s success. Our Teachers develop mentorship relationships with students not only for academic reasons but to have an understanding of the student’s thought processes, orientations, aptitudes, interests, career choices, preparation for exams, and many more.

Each student is assigned a mentor right at the beginning of the session. Mentor – Mentee meetings are held bimonthly, student concerns (if any) are addressed by the mentors, records of interactions are kept confidential, the progress of the student is analyzed and necessary interventions are designed and implemented for bringing about the desired change.
