MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul School Ulwe celebrated Fit India Week with activities designed to promote fitness, wellness, and healthy habits among students. The first day featured relay races, hopscotch, and balancing games that encouraged teamwork, coordination, and active participation. Students also attended sessions on hygiene, hydration, and balanced eating to build essential healthy habits.
On the second day, students took part in an energetic aerobics session aimed at improving stamina and endurance. A Fun Quiz and a Yoga Posture Challenge added both learning and physical engagement, helping students understand fitness concepts while building flexibility, balance, and focus.
Overall, the celebrations nurtured awareness about physical activity, wellbeing, and a healthy lifestyle in an enjoyable and meaningful way.
