Fit India Week was celebrated at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul School Solapur from 24th to 29th November, bringing students, teachers, and parents together to promote physical fitness and healthier daily routines.
The campus remained lively as participants engaged in fun races, team games, and simple exercise drills that encouraged movement, coordination, teamwork, and discipline. These activities gave students meaningful opportunities to stay active in an enjoyable setting.
Teachers and parents added warmth to the celebration by joining selected activities, reinforcing the idea that fitness is a shared responsibility across the entire school community.
Each day focused on age-appropriate fitness tasks that highlighted the importance of staying active. The enthusiasm of all participants showed a genuine interest in building healthier habits and understanding the role of physical exercise in overall well-being.
The week concluded on an inspiring note, reminding everyone to make regular physical activity a part of their routine and supporting the spirit of the Fit India Movement—a vision of a community that values health, strength, and well-being.
