Student & Parent Guidance Session

The school auditorium carried a sense of anticipation as students from Grades V to X gathered alongside their parents for a meaningful guidance session under the MIT Students Development and Excellence Initiative. The atmosphere reflected curiosity, responsibility, and a shared commitment toward growth.

The session, led by counsellor Mr. Prashant Landage, focused on unlocking students’ true potential. He spoke about the difference between ability and performance, explaining how distractions, irregular routines, and lack of focus gradually reduce a student’s capacity. His practical insights encouraged students to rebuild discipline and adopt a problem-solving approach instead of relying only on memorization.

A key highlight was the introduction of the OLPE Method — Observe, Learn, Practice, Execute — a simple yet powerful framework to strengthen understanding and performance. The structured approach gave students a clear direction for academic improvement.

Parents played an important role in the discussion. They were guided on creating a supportive home environment that minimizes distractions and strengthens consistency. The interactive session fostered clarity, cooperation, and mutual understanding.

The guidance session proved to be thoughtful and impactful. It reinforced the importance of discipline, structured learning, and collective effort in shaping confident and capable students.
