English Week and National Reading Day Celebration

MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul School, Kothrud celebrated English Week and National Reading Day with enthusiasm, creating a vibrant environment that enhanced students’ language skills, communication, and reading habits through engaging literary activities.

The celebration aimed to strengthen English language proficiency, enrich vocabulary, and improve public speaking skills. Students participated in activities such as Picture-Based Speaking, Character Monologue, Just A Minute (JAM), Poetry Recitation, Storytelling, Spell Mania, and Book Review Presentations. Initiatives like Word of the Day and the English Only Challenge further boosted confidence and fluency.

The event encouraged creativity, critical thinking, and a love for reading, helping students express themselves effectively and develop lifelong learning habits.

The celebration concluded on an inspiring note, reinforcing the importance of reading and confident communication while reflecting the school’s commitment to holistic education.
