In-House Training Session on the Theory of Knowledge

A reflective In-House Training Session on the Theory of Knowledge was conducted at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul School, encouraging educators to explore how knowledge is developed and applied. The session created an environment of curiosity and thoughtful learning.

The session began with thought-provoking examples that explained learning, unlearning, and relearning. Through historical contexts, teachers understood how knowledge evolves through questioning, reasoning, and critical thinking.

Educators actively participated in discussions and a newspaper-based group activity, exploring topics such as health, science, social media, and inspirational personalities. The activity helped them understand how information can be analyzed and transformed into meaningful knowledge.

The session concluded with reflective sharing of key learnings. It strengthened teachers’ understanding of applying knowledge responsibly, reinforcing the importance of critical thinking and meaningful teaching practices.
