A thoughtful In-House Training on the National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCF-SE) 2023 was conducted at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul School for teachers. The session encouraged educators to reflect on their learning experiences and explore evolving approaches in school education.
The training began with an interactive activity where teachers reflected on their school experiences. The session introduced key principles of the National Education Policy 2020, particularly the 5+3+3+4 curricular structure and the role of languages in education.
Discussions focused on the Foundational Stage and the importance of developing Foundational Literacy and Numeracy among students. Teachers also explored the integration of vocational education and skill-based subjects, linking classroom learning with real-world competencies.
The training concluded with collaborative activities and reflective sharing. The session strengthened teachers’ understanding of competency-based learning and encouraged student-centered teaching practices at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul School.
