Vasant Panchami Celebration

Vasant Panchami (Saraswati Poojan) was celebrated at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul School Sangli with devotion and spiritual enthusiasm through a special assembly dedicated to Goddess Saraswati, the symbol of knowledge, wisdom, music, and arts. The celebration marked the arrival of spring and highlighted the importance of learning, creativity, and new beginnings in students’ lives.

The assembly began with an introduction explaining the significance of Vasant Panchami, followed by the recitation of the Saraswati Mantra, which created a calm and spiritual atmosphere across the school campus. Students participated with reverence, seeking blessings for wisdom, clarity of thought, and academic excellence.

The celebration helped students understand the cultural and spiritual importance of the festival while nurturing respect for education, discipline, and dedication. Messages shared during the assembly emphasised the value of knowledge, character building, and lifelong learning.

The Vasant Panchami celebration became a meaningful learning experience for students. It inspired them to value education, pursue excellence, and grow as disciplined, responsible, and value-driven individuals, contributing positively to society through wisdom, learning, and ethical conduct.
