Teacher’s Day Celebration (Pre primary) at MIT VGS Loni Kalbhor

The pre-school section of MAEER’s MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Schools, celebrated Teacher’s Day with great enthusiasm on Monday, 5th September 2022. Teachers Day is celebrated annually in India on 5th September to appreciate the role played by teachers in the life of students – the leaders of tomorrow. The day is also celebrated to pay tribute to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, former President of the country and a visionary educator.

Teachers provide the power of knowledge and education and create possibilities for a better future. The celebration began with an assembly followed by the importance of the day.

Children enjoyed watching motivational videos and songs. A few kindergarten students dressed like teachers, took up the role of teachers and mimicked their favourite teachers. They also prepared cute greeting cards showcasing their love and respect towards the teachers. The day was enjoyed by all.
