National Sanskrit Day Celebration @MIT VGS Solapur
World Sanskrit Day, also known as Vishva-samskrita-dinam is an annual event focused around the ancient Indian language of Sanskrit that incorporates lectures about the language and is aimed to promote its revival and maintenance.
National Sanskrit Day for the academic year 2022-23 was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul School , Solapur.
The program was anchored by Ramkrishna of grade 9 in Sanskrit. The significance of the day was given by Atharva Ambirkar of grade 5. A group song was performed by primary students and group dance was presented by students of grade 3-6.
Vandana Kopkar Ma’am gave a speech and enlightened the student minds at the end of the program. The program was concluded with vote of thanks.
