Friendship Day Celebration @MIT VGS Barshi

Since friends play valuable role in our life it was deemed fit to have a day dedicated to friends and friendship. The friendship that blossoms in the tender years of Preschool plays an important part in the lives of children. It’s a life-long bond.

On 8th Aug at smt. Prayag karad Vishwashanti English Medium High school we have Friendship day. In tune with the spirit of the occasion, people dedicate Friendship Day festival to their best friends. First, some students came forward and shared different thoughts on friendship. Then came the kids of pre-primary class with rhythm and harmony. Children made Friendship Day Cards, a special gift to thank their friends for their wonderful presence in their life. Exchange of bands and between friends.

Friendship Day has come to be celebrated in a big way in India. The noble idea of honouring friends and friendship has really caught on with the youth in India and one can see the festival being enthusiastically celebrated by the youth especially, students.
