Investiture ceremony at MIT VGS, Kothrud

The students of today are the visionaries and torch bearers of tomorrow. When we develop personality, skill and mind, we develop responsible human beings with leadership qualities.

The investiture ceremony was organized with great excitement and zeal on Saturday, 23rd July 2022 at MAEER’S MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul School, Kothrud. The event was graced by the Honorable Chief Guest, Commander Manoj Gawli, Head-Academics and Operations – MIT VGS, Mrs. Pallavi Mishra, Principal MIT VGS Kothrud, Mrs. Sharada Rao along with the proud parents.

The event commenced with an inspiring melodious motivational song by the school choir followed by a calisthenics performance. The group’s coordination, endurance and freestyle moves were a delight to watch. The newly elected school student council was conferred with badges and sashes. The Chief Guest, Commander Manoj Gawli guided the office bearers to perform their tasks and responsibilities with utmost sincerity and diligence. The Head Boy, Manas Pansare and the Head Girl, Pranjal Kute of class X along with their team of office bearers took the pledge to hold the school motto of loyalty, truth and honour in high esteem, to deliver their duties to the best of their abilities and honour the trust bestowed upon them.

The march past by all the prefects of the four houses was a spectacular event that lifted the spirits higher. The Principal, Mrs. Sharada Rao appreciated and congratulated all the prefects. She advised them to be role models and extended a supporting hand to the students’ council for the smooth running of the school. The event concluded with the National Anthem.
