To develop the skill of non-flame dishes, an activity, Fireless cooking was organized. The aim of the activity was to provide a platform for students along with their parents to showcase their creativity and explore new areas of interest. Using easy and quick recipes, they made dishes like sandwich, sprouted bhel, healthy laddos, healthy and chocolaty biscuits, chats etc. and served the dishes in an artistic and aesthetic way which was most appealing and the displays were a visual treat tickling to the taste buds. Through this activity students learnt spirit of team work, culinary skill, appreciating the hard work put into cooking.
The judges judged on the basis of Presentation, Innovation, Cleanliness and taste of the food. The show ended with a prize distribution ceremony where the winners were applauded with prizes.
