National Doctor’s Day Celebration @MITVGS Sangli
National Doctors’ Day is celebrated on July 1 all across India to honour the legendary physician and the second Chief Minister of West Bengal, Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy. This day is dedicated to all medical professionals who work and serve patients round the clock to save lives.
Students of MIT VGS, Sangli celebrated National Doctor’s Day to pay tribute to all medical practitioners for their relentless service to humanity.
The celebration was an attempt to emphasize the value of doctors in our lives and to express our gratitude towards them. Doctors are the real heroes fighting at the forefront to save millions of lives around the globe
The school has organized health check up camp for the students of Kindergarten to grade IX during the school hours under the aegis of Dr. Jineshwar Yaligouda and his team and an Adolescence Education Programme (AEP) seminar on General Health and Hygiene for the Female Students of grade 5-9 under the guidance of well-known pediatrician Dr. Vaijayanti Afle.
