Blue Colour Day Celebration @MITVGS Kothrud

The Preschool section of MAEER’s Vishwashanti Gurukul School, Kothrud, Pune, celebrated World Ocean Day and Blue Day on Wednesday, 8th June 2022 with great zeal and enthusiasm. The colour blue is associated with strength, friendship and serenity. Blue is a cool and coming colour that shows creativity and intelligence. The students came dressed in different shades of blue. They brought different objects like toys, balloons and drawings based on the theme. The little ones of the nursery made a blue whale out of paper tea cups. The students of Jr. KG got engaged in collage work and the students of Sr. KG enjoyed making a peacock folding fan. The importance of World Ocean Day and Colour Day was explained through a PowerPoint presentation. The day was filled with amazing learning experiences for the students. It was indeed a visual treat to see them enjoy all the activities.
