1. Where is the school located?

The school is located on the Pune-Solapur highway, ahead of Loni Toll in a lush green 120 acre campus with best infrastructural facilities.


2. Give some information about the Management ?

About Maharashtra Academy of Engineering and Education Research (MAEER) MIT Group of Institutions is a conglomerate of premiere educational institutions established in 1983 by Visionary Educationist Prof. Dr. Vishwanath D Karad . Maharashtra Institute of Technology first private engineering college in Maharashtra had been established by(MIT), one of the flagship institute with more than 10 campuses across the state of Maharashtra covering almost thousands of acres of fields of Engineering, Medicine, Pharmacy,area, the MIT Group provides education in the Marine Engineering, Insurance, Distance Education, Telecom Management, Lighting, Design, Food & Technology, Retail Management and Masters in Business Administration, School of Government and also School Education. MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Schools' has placed a great emphasis on how to help every child to bring out his /her own uniqueness by synchronizing the timeless Indian values and modern scientific thinking. The focus is not on mere dissemination of information in the classrooms; rather, the aim is to impart a comprehensive training for life through a 'harmonious development of the body, mind and soul'. An intensive curriculum has explicitly been designed for these schools to take care of quantitative and non-quantitative terms of development during the childhood of an emerging adolescent. Keeping in view the rapid growth and changes in education ideologies, Vishwashanti Gurukuls are intended to get affiliated to CBSE ( Central Board of Secondary Education) and develop full-fledged classes From Nursery to Grade XII.


3. For which classes are admissions open ?

Admissions are open from Nursery to grade IX. The school will progress to senior classes till grade X, classes will be added each year.


4. What are the school timings?

The School timings are as follows:-

Pre-primary (Nursery to Sr. K.G.)

Day School (09:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.)

Primary & Middle (Class I to X)

Day School (9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)


5. Is the school co-educational?

Yes. The school admits boys and girls from Nursery onwards.


6. What is the school academic curriculum?

The school academic curriculum is CBSE a national education board based on the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) defined by NCERT (National Council for Educational Research and Training), Delhi. This ensures a well researched & rounded curriculum which gets revised based on changing needs of children and society. Generally the all India entrance examinations are based on this curriculum.

The key components of Academic Program are:

  • Good supporting instructional material available for the teachers at various levels of the school education 
  • A well designed Curriculum with a subject wise concept framework with help of Knowledge Partner Xseed for grades Nursery to grade V.

7. What is the teacher/student ratio ?

The ratio is 1:30. The school provides individual care and attention at all times.


8. How is the teaching faculty selected ?

Senior leading educators have already been appointed on the advisory team for selection of teachers. Appropriate educational qualifications, relevant experience, demonstration lesson and a rigorous interview process are the selection criteria. Furthermore, teachers are/will be recruited only on the basis of merit, as per the guidelines and policies of the School. Regular workshops and training programs are conducted for teachers to keep them up to date with the latest teaching methodologies.


9. What subjects are offered to the Primary & Middle school children?

Subjects offered from Grades I to IX are:-

10. What is the age requirement for admission? Is any relaxation possible ?

The Age criteria is as follows:-

Class Age
Nursery 3
JKG 4
SKG 5
Class I 6
Class II 7 & 1 year more for each higher class

Age relaxation can be considered by the Principal in exceptional cases.


11. Does the school provide transport facility ?

The school has extensive transport coverage. The routes get re-planned at the start of academic session to optimize travel time for the students. Safety is the primary concern of the school. Each bus will have a trained driver and Lady attendant. Speed governors and other RTO norms are followed.

The Bus charges are not included in the Annual School Charges. They are decided at the start of the academic session and are payable in two installments.

13. What is the admission process ?

Parents can come and visit the School on working days anytime between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm including Saturday’s.

  • Parents have to come to the admission office in the school and collect a registration kit or application form.
  • The completed form along with the amount for 1st term fees is to be submitted by the parents to the school office.
  • The student will only be considered a confirmed admission once the first term fees are paid by the student.


14. What are the documents required at the time of admission ?

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission along with the completed admission form:-

  • Birth Certificate Photocopy – Attested by Notary or Govt. official
  • Medical Certificate stating that the child is physically, mentally fit.
  • Blood Group Proof – Original or attested photocopy
  • 5 colour Passport size photographs of the child
  • 1 Passport size photograph of each parent
  • Previous Report Card Photocopy (not applicable for Nursery)
  • Transfer Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate
  • Caste certificate in the name of the child (if applicable) and Aadhar card number

Admission will only be confirmed upon submission of all documents.


15. What kind of entrance test will be taken at the time of admission ?

No written test is conducted in lower grades. Admissions are taken on a first come, first serve basis. Grade VI onwards a written test is taken.


16. What is the fee-break up ?

17. By Admission is granted only when the 1st term tuition fees is paid. When do we need to pay the fees ?

Printed fee installment details will be shared with the parents


18. Is there any concession on tuition fee or admission fee ?

No, the fee structure is standard for every parent. Only some discount is given in case the parents make lump sum payment or a sibling takes admission.


19. Can we pay the fees in installments?

Yes, tuition fees can be paid in instalments. Admission fees have to be paid upfront.
